Today, with dozens of employees in two countries, we continue to construct the infrastructure for airports, highways, bridges, power plants, and industrial facilities. Engineering excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction remain our core values ​​in every project.

Over our history spanning more than twenty-five years, we have made significant contributions to Türkiye's modernization process.

2000

Our organization

Our company was founded by brothers Kadir KOCAOĞLU and Zafer KOCAOĞLU in a container in Istanbul.

2005

First Major Project

We have started our first project in Istanbul, the locomotive of Türkiye's economy and capital of trade. By carrying out a project on the Sarıyer-Beşiktaş route with İSKİ (Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration), we have strengthened our position in the sector.

2010

Intercity Expansion

We have started many infrastructure projects in Central Anatolia and the Aegean region, and we have successfully completed dozens of them.

2015

Introduction to the Intercontinental Bosphorus Bridge Sector

We started and continued our infrastructure project for Türkiye's new jewel, the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge (Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge), for years, and in the meantime, we specialized in a new sector.

2020

Introduction to the Inter-District Tunnel Road Construction Sector

We started and continued our new tunnel project, developed to solve Istanbul's traffic problem, for years, and in the meantime, we specialized in a new sector.

2025

Sustainability Transformation

We announced our 2030 carbon neutrality target and invested in green technologies.
